Gary Saunders
Founder & CEO | Altitude Strategy Group
Gary brings 25 years of Defence service, including experience with 12 Squadron during the RAAF’s operation of Chinook helicopters. He also served on peacekeeping operations in Egypt’s Sinai Desert, supporting the Australian Contingent to the Multinational Force and Observers and its UH-1H Iroquois Rotary Wing Unit.
More recently, Gary supported Thales Protective Vehicles with contingent workforce talent for Bushmaster and Hawkei production. His experience connects an understanding of Defence operations with practical workforce delivery, industry engagement and business development.
Stephen Baker

Stephen is a former RAAF pilot and RAAF Roulettes team leader, bringing experience in aviation leadership, Defence training architecture and capability development.
His expertise spans adaptive curriculum design and the integration of AI and cybersecurity into training and operational capability. Through Autocom Solutions, Stephen helps organisations connect technology, learning and leadership to prepare their people for changing operational demands.
