Anne Norwawi is a global commercial and transformation executive with 24 years of international aviation and aerospace experience across OEMs, aircraft leasing, MRO and digital aviation. She has generated USD 1.15 billion in career turnover and built a track record of scaling businesses, optimising P&L, entering new markets and executing complex strategic transactions. Her experience includes building a USD 40M APAC operation from the ground up, driving 75% revenue growth for an aviation MRO and SaaS business, executing a USD 220M aircraft transaction and contributing to an USD 850M regional order book. Anne brings a distinctive ability to connect commercial strategy with engineering, operations and digital transformation, making her particularly well suited to growth strategy, commercial transformation, aviation strategy, market entry and operating-model engagements.

Danial Ismail is an aviation business development and corporate strategy professional with over 20 years of experience across aviation, telecommunications, financial services, loyalty and travel. During seven years with Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, he supported international airport investments, led the management contract bid for King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, and assessed opportunities across Asia and the Middle East. He also developed aviation partnerships within Malaysia Aviation Group’s Enrich division. He brings aviation, financial and commercial expertise to ASG clients in airport investment, international tenders, market assessment, business planning and strategic partnerships across Asia-Pacific and beyond.
